Mr. Rocky Chen is the CEO of the company. He has been the RF connector engineer for more than fifteen years and he has much experience in RF connector industry. He founded this company in 2002 and he is in charge of managing the whole company. 

Rebeca Shen has worked as sales manager for international market nearly ten years. And she always engages in RF connector industry during the past ten years. So she has much sales experience for RF connector industry. Her customers come from different area such as Europe, Middle East, Asia and so on.   

Mr.Jack LI studied the CNC machine when he was sixteen years old, he has much experience in CNC machines, milling machines. And now he is in charge of all the production line in RF Flying. 

Mr. Mike Chen focuses on ISO quality management for more than 7 years and he was the quality manager for some big companies in China. Now he is in charge of quality and technical management in RF Flying.
